Hi, I'm Marisa.

I have a huge love for helping people in all the right ways. My passion extends into the health and fitness realm, where I use my personal training certification to help people that want to lose weight or tone up, and I use my plant-based nutrition certification to help people who want to learn more about proper diet and overall health. I completed my Bachelor's of Science degree in April of 2017, with an extensive background in anatomy and physiology, dietetics, biochemistry and nutrition classes.


I never once even thought about veganism, in fact, I used to make fun of them a few years back and now I am one (funny how that worked out). My diet consisted of the standard chicken, broccoli, and rice, and it wasn't until I got diagnosed with a benign breast tumor that I started to question what I put into my body. I decided to give veganism a try for myself and it was life-changing. Over the course of a year, my breast tumor shrunk from the size of a quarter to the size of a pea, I beat my eating disorder, my skin became clearer, I lost weight and got a lot stronger.

I developed a love for the lifestyle. I just had to share the benefits with everyone I could. My goal is to provide education about veganism, show people that it's not restrictive, and give insight on delicious meals to make. I want people to have an open mind when thinking about veganism and the foods vegans eat.

I specialize in helping people develop a healthier relationship with food and helping them get in their best shape ever. As someone who has felt helpless and defeated when it came to food and weight loss, I've done extensive research and went through much trial and error to find the best solutions to these common problems. Over time, I've mastered the secrets to overcoming such battles and hardships and I can't wait to share them with you through my eBooks.

I highly encourage veganism to limit animal exploitation as much as possible, but everyone has to start somewhere!
