I never received my eBook. What do I do?

How do I get the eBooks on my phone?

You should get a confirmation e-mail with your eBook link in it. Click download. Please be patient as the download process can take a couple minutes. If you still have complications, please save the book to your desktop on a computer and manually add it to your phone.

iPhone users can use iBooks and Android users can use Foxit.

Is the information in your eBooks credible?

Yes! All the information is found through scientific journals, research articles, credible sites with references, or provided by plant-based doctors. Information in my eBook is cited throughout with a references section included at the end.

My vegan e-book is not tailored for any dietary intolerances. Please refer to a registered dietician for questions and concerns regarding intolerances and allergies to foods.

What do you eat?

I eat a vegan diet. It's important to understand that everybody has different goals for themselves, different body types, and different dietary requirements so I can't recommend that what works for me personally will work for you. My vegan eBook provides you with the essential information regarding nutrition and a vegan diet. It's up to you to  determine how much you need to be eating depending on your weight, height, and age; what you eat solely depends on your personal preference.

Are the foods in your vegan eBook hard to find?

The foods in the book should be easy to find at your local grocery store or supermarket. The foods are simple, affordable, and easy to prepare.

Are your guides suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes! You can go at your own pace with the guides to help maximize your experience. The time it takes to complete the workouts vary from each day but shouldn't take longer than an hour. You start off the guides with very basic exercises, then slowly build yourself up to more advanced and combined moves.

When will I start to see results?

Some people see results in as little as 1 week, others see results around the 3-4 week mark when doing the 12 week guide. 

During the 4 week guides, many people notice a difference in how they feel but they don't notice a significant difference until they compare their before and after pictures at the end.

 

How many calories will I burn per workout?

Calorie burn varies from person to person. Calorie burn ranges depending on your height, age, weight, and current lifestyle factors. If you want to track how many calories that you burn per workout, I recommend a fit tracker such as an Apple or Polar watch or a FitBit.

Do I need a gym or equipment to do these workouts?

You do not need a gym at all to do any of the workouts included in my workout guides, although it is recommended. Recommended items are included in my guide such as dumbbells and resistance bands. These are recommended because it can help speed up results and weight loss.

What makes this program different from other ones?

These programs are designed specifically to ease you into workouts and switch up from week to week so you avoid plateauing. These programs provide you with the essential information you need to achieve more confidence and live a healthier lifestyle.

I have a medical condition. Can I still do your workouts?

If you have a medical condition, please refer to your primary physician and consult with them about starting an exercise program. I am not a medical professional so I am unable to provide you with information regarding this topic.

What are eBooks & how do they work?

eBooks are completely digital files that can be viewed on a computer or on your mobile devices such as a phone, laptop, or tablet. Apple users can view the guides in the iBooks application and Android users can view the guides on either Google Drive or Foxit. Please note that a Kindle will not support these eBook links.

Purchasing the guides in a different currency

You should be able to purchase the guides in a different currency without any issues. Just proceed to checkout and you should be able to complete the purchase in your own currency. Don't worry if you reside in a different country because my guides are available worldwide! Please note that additional charges may or may not apply.

Credit card decline

If you are an international purchaser, please be aware that you may run into issues with your purchase. If you run into issues, contact your bank and ask them to process the payment or try completing the purchase through PayPal.

Difficulties downloading the guides

If you have purchased the guides, its recommended that you download the guides immediately and save them to a reliable location such as your desktop.
